TASTING NOTES

Crafted from a blend of traditional Imeretian grape varieties, this wine sees a touch of skin contact, revealing aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus peel, wildflowers and delicate spice. The palate is richly textured yet beautifully fresh, with notes of quince, dried apricot and fine tea-like tannin, balanced by vibrant acidity and a savory finish. Its deep texture and stone fruit flavors make it a tasty pairing with roasted pork or chicken with grilled summer peaches or earthy mushroom dishes.
