TASTING NOTES
This Italian white has a lovely aromatic nose of white flowers, candied orange peel, acacia honey, sun-dried apricot and Indian jasmine that beckons from the glass. It's crisp and dry, with notes of ripe orchard fruits, honeydew and light minerals unfolding on the tongue. This would be a lovely pairing with grilled fish, a Caesar salad or vegetable crudités.
