TASTING NOTES

Bodegas Rezabal is a family-owned winery located in the Basque country of Spain. The vineyards overlook the Bay of Biscay, where cool Atlantic breezes and mineral-rich soils help create wines with bright acidity and a distinctive coastal character. This Txakoli ((chah-ko-LEE) is a light, vibrant white with aromas of green apple, lemon zest and fresh herbs, with crisp bright flavors of citrus, pear, white peach and subtle saline minerality with a delicate natural spritz. Its lively acidity and clean, refreshing finish make it an excellent warm-weather wine and a beautiful pairing with grilled shrimp, ceviche, salted cod, fresh goat cheese, green salads and other light Mediterranean or Basque-inspired seafood dishes.
