TASTING NOTES

Txakoli is a light, high-acidity white or rosé wine from the Basque Country in northern Spain, known for its fresh, slightly spritzy character. The Rezabal Txakoli rosé has fresh, wild strawberry and red berry aromas that lead to a crisp, lightly spritzy palate with lively acidity, subtle minerality and a clean, refreshing finish. Traditionally poured from a height to enhance its light fizz, Txakoli pairs especially well with seafood, tapas and salty dishes.
