Roberto Henriquez crafts his wines the old fashioned way – through hard work, sweat and tears. He studied enology and agronomy, the soil of science management, at the Universidad de Concepción in Chile. After producing wine in France, South Africa, Canada and Chile, he launched his brand in 2015 focusing primarily on the Pais grape. He uses traditional winemaking methods and does everything by hand. He believes País vines are an integral part of the history, culture, tradition and character of Chilean terroir. His Verde is a light red with a fruity palate of strawberry, cherry and light herbs with a touch of salinity and balanced acidity. It's refreshing, smooth and an easy drinker and great for those pre-game activities.
