TASTING NOTES 

This mineral driven white from the rugged mountains of Gredos, but commonly seen in Switzerland, is a pure delight. It has herbaceous notes mingling with apple crisp, orange blossom, honey and wet stone with a silky finish. Enjoy this with crudites, garlic prawns or bacon wrapped asparagus. Or even better, a raclette party with friends.
