TASTING NOTES

Serge Dagueneau inherited his passion for winemaking from his grandmother, Léontine, the estate’s first caretaker in Pouilly, and later passed both the estate and that passion to his daughter Valérie, who has expanded it with innovative, sustainable practices and earned numerous awards. The estate's only Chasselas parcel, now over a century old, is carefully hand-harvested and consistently yields superb golden grapes with firm skins and natural sweetness. It’s crisp yet gently rounded, offering subtle citrus, orchard fruit and a soft nutty note layered over a clean mineral backbone.
