TASTING NOTES

Sidonio de Sousa is located in the western part of the Beiras, between the mountainous Dão region and the surf-washed Atlantic beaches. It is one of the great wine producers in the Bairrada region and is recognized for having some of the oldest and some of the best Baga vineyards in the area. This savory red has black cherry, earthy moss, leather and pepper flavors with forest floor aromas and smooth tannin. Enjoy this with burgers or a bowl of chili.
