TASTING NOTES

This cofermented white from Ribeira Sacra is crafted from a blend of native Galician varieties grown on steep terraces of granite, slate and sandy soils along the Sil River. Aromas of exotic fruit, lemon balm and bloomy cheese pique the senses. The palate is round and full, marked by orchard and stone fruits, balanced by subtle floral and herbal undertones with vibrant acidity and lush, unctuous texture. It would make a delicious pairing with roasted snapper, grilled chicken salads or jamón iberico.
