TASTING NOTES

An intense and complex nose reveals scents of orange blossom, quince and white florals with subtle herb aromas. 15 days of skin contact adds depth and richness to the citrus and stone fruit flavors that have an underlying herbal character with whispers of juniper berries, white pepper and nutmeg. It's crisp with a savory quality and would be perfect with roasted quail, macaroni and cheese or a tuna melt.
