After his mother-in-law asked for a specific Irish Cream for Christmas, owner David Raad took it as a challenge to create something better.

This blend of our 5-Grain Bourbon with all-natural cream, rum and spices soon became our most popular spirit. Basically... liquid dessert! It's great on its own, added to your coffee, and wonderful in many types of cocktails.
