Sŏnbi Gin

Sŏnbi Gin is a London Dry gin with a Korean twist that combines fresh and dried botanicals to create a balanced flavor. Each botanical is treated differently during the maceration process to bring out their unique taste. The 10 botanicals include juniper, Schisandra berries, Chinese licorice, grains of paradise, cassia, green cardamom, coriander, lemon peel, orris root, and angelica root. The gin is then distilled through a continuous copper column still and rested to allow the flavors to blend before being slowly taken down to bottle proof.
