Located halfway between the equator and the north-pole on Canada’s stunning east coast, the Bay of Fundy is one of the seven natural wonders of North America – a unique coastal environment known for the highest tides on earth, the rarest whales in the world, semi-precious minerals and dinosaur fossils. Its distinctive rocky terroir is home to the local, hand-harvested dried dulse – edible red seaweed – that we use to flavor our refreshing gin.
One whiff of Fundy will unveil delightful aromas of fresh rain, seaweed, sea salt, and ocean spray. Indescribably delicious neat or in cocktails, it is smooth with sweet juniper berries, citrus peel, and an earthy after taste.
