TASTING NOTES 

Shaped by millions of years of weather and wild storms, the rugged South African landscape and the intense growing season of the Swartland form the backbone of this white wine. Grown on gnarly bush vines rooted in granitic sandy soils, it offers crisp, refreshing balance with restrained yet inviting aromas of melon, lemon rind, apple, and honey. The palate is bright and zesty, carrying flavors of white peach, citrus and fresh herbs, while the finish brings a subtle lick of salt and minerality.
