TASTING NOTES

GioGio opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and crushed rose petal, accented by a subtle hint of spice. The tannin is soft and gentle, flowing over a medium body with a refined finish. Pair this expressive red with tajarin pasta with butter and sage or it's a great match for lighter fare or even a slight chill.
