Tasi means "Shhhhh" or "Shut up" in the Veneto dialect. This Garganega is farmed from vineyards planted in a former limestone quarry abandoned in the 70's and reconverted by three friends in 2006. It is macerated on the skins for 26 days in concrete vats and offers delicate stone fruit aromas. It slides across the palate offering under-ripe apricot, honeydew rind, almond blossoms and notes of tea leaf adding a subtle grip. Pair this with a grilled chicken salad or a roasted turkey sandwich.
