Influenced by the Middle-Mosel Valley in Germany and the Alsace region in France, Teutonic Wine Company celebrates the characteristics of these wine regions here in Oregon. Only working with cool-climate growing sites, adhering to natural farming practices and minimal intervention, Teutonic wines reflect all that is natural in winemaking—from the vineyard, to the cellar, to the bottle.
This vintage once again shines for this wine. Ankeny Vineyard, first planted in 1982 with an additional block added in 1994, is home to well-established vines that yield beautifully expressive fruit. This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir captures all the hallmarks of Oregon Pinot—dried fruit, earthy notes, an elegant palate, and the ability to age with grace.
