TASTING NOTES

This vibrant, coastal blend has tropical and citrus notes complemented by herbal and mineral nuances. It's fresh and lively on the palate with refreshing salinity and pronounced minerality making it an ideal pairing for appetizers, shellfish, oysters, fresh salads and grilled fish.

Our neighbor, the Uca tangeri crab, with its graceful violin-like claw, charms females and brightens the marsh. It fights and defends its territory. It digs burrows in the sand and promotes soil oxygenation. That's why you inspire us.
