TASTING NOTES

This delicious dessert wine is made from 100% Chardonnay and rests for seven years in barrel before being bottled. An alluring nose of caramel and baked apple intoxicates the senses beckoning to taste. The palate is fresh and elegant with notes of lemon, apricot, candied fruits and acacia honey with an incredible aromatic length.

"The 2013 Ratafia is 100% Chardonnay and is aromatic of perfume of quince, ripe apricot, orange flower oil, and marzipan. The palate is fully sweet and saline, with nutty praline, dried yellow plum, and baking spice. Drink 2022-2042."
