Basile Passe and Yoan Tavares, two sommeliers with a shared love for fine food and natural wine, founded Vin des Potes in 2016. Their concept involves teaming up with a different winemaker each month to create a unique cuvée that reflects distinct terroirs and stories. For their Greek Connection wine, they collaborated with Jason Ligas, who has experience working diverse Greek terroirs, from Aegean islands to the slopes of Mount Olympus. Bursting with tropical fruits and lively acidity, this wine pairs well with rich, creamy dishes.
