This is a Albariño made for fresh seafood. Pedralonga's, Serea has a balance between fruit and minerals with notes of quince, white grapefruit, wet sea shells and a lick of salt. Its close proximity to the Atlantic coast calls for smoked trout, grilled swordfish or seafood paella.
