Batch No. 001 was bottled November 10, 2025 and yielded 279.5 bottles. It is a blend of two Bourbons, both distilled and aged in Nelson County with locally-sourced grains.
The high-wheat Bourbon in the blend, mash bill 51/0/44/5, was aged 4 years in an ISC barrel, char #4, and was made with Kentucky soft red winter wheat.
Adding depth to the flavor profile, rye Bourbon with a mash bill of 72/18/0/10 was aged 6 years in an ISC barrel, char #3.
On the nose, apple, cinnamon, and maple with light floral notes. On the palate, caramel, honey, butter, and cornbread with baking spice. The finish is delicate with a hint of apple pie and spice.
