TASTING NOTES

Wild Nature was the first estate in the Veneto to be certified organic in 1974 and they became certified biodynamic in 2020. They have a strong commitment to biodiversity in their vineyards and their labels represent animals that can be found amongst the vines.

 

This dry prosecco has a fine perlage, revealing delicate flavors of white flowers, green apple, ripe pear and a faint hint of almond. It's a great sipper on its own, but can also be paired with sushi, savory cheeses, or prosciutto on toast. Cin Cin!
