Willett’s Family Estate Bottled Straight Rye was the first whiskey to be released from the iconic pot still that came online during the distillery’s resurgence in 2012. Now aged for a minimum of four years, this widely recognized rye is bottled at cask strength for versatile drinking. A nose of milk chocolate and crème anglaise infused with bay leaf leads to a palate of pillow mints mingled with black tea and tobacco with a drying finish.
