A Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits. Crafted from a mash bill of 74% rye, 11% corn, and 15% malted barley, and fermented with a proprietary yeast in stainless steel using the sour mash method.Distilled twice using a combination of column and copper pot stills, and aged 8 years in char #4 new American oak barrels from Independent Stave Company. Drawn from Barrel #9392, yielding 197 non-chill filtered bottles at a bold 55% ABV (cask strength).
