TASTING NOTES

This light to medium-bodied Pinot has aromas and flavors of ripe red cherry, wild strawberry, hibiscus and rose petal, accented by subtle notes of dried herbs and earth. The palate is silky and poised, offering juicy red fruit flavors, fine tannin and lively acidity. Pair this Austrian red with mushroom stroganoff, butternut squash soup or a sandwich on the fly.
