This delicious Lambrusco rosé is made in the Charmat Lungo method, an extended, more labor-intensive version of the traditional Charmat method for Lambrusco with the fermentation lasting 4-5 weeks. It pours a vibrant coral pink with a fine, persistent effervescence and opens with an elegant bouquet of white rose and violet, layered with wild raspberry and savory thyme. The bone-dry palate delivers crisp flavors of crunchy red berries, watermelon rind and tart grapefruit driven by a mouthwatering acidity. It's an electrifying sipper and perfect for those hot, humid days.
