TASTING NOTE
This fresh and youthful Chardonnay has been aged briefly in neutral French oak barrels (30%) and some in stainless (70%). It has bright aromas and flavors of lemon zest, yellow apple, toasted popcorn and wet stone. The palate is medium bodied with a beautiful texture and depth. This is a wine that reflects extraordinary old-vine California Chardonnay captured through the lens of low intervention winemaking. It would be fantastic with seafood - think fresh California prawns!
