TASTING NOTES
The Schäfer-Fröhlich Blanc de Noir is a dry rosé made from pinot noir. It is the palest shade of pink, reminiscent of a Provence rosé, with delicate, floral scents of rose petals, pink grapefruit and a hint of meadow herbs. Flavors of red fruit, pomegranate, zested citrus, Williams pear and crushed rocks play with refreshing acidity and a surprising texture on the tongue. It's a mouthwatering wine and would be just the right speed to sip as an aperitif before a big feast.
