TASTING NOTES
The 404 is made from verdejo fruit purchased in Northern Spain from winemaker Ismael Gozalo of Microbio. The grapes are brought back directly to the winery in Alsace, where they are crushed and briefly macerated on the skins for four days.
Vibrant and refreshing, this pét nat leads with citrus and stone fruit on the nose followed by ripe apricots, yellow plums, dried hops and a punch of acidity.
