TASTING NOTES
90pts - Vinous
"The NV Brut Grand Cellier (base 2021) is airy and nicely lifted right out of the glass. Hints of lemon peel, tangerine oil, mint, spice and dried flowers give this edition a decidedly understated feel. I like the floral quality, but I find the mid-palate on the lighter side relative to the norm here. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2023."
91pts - Wine Advocate
"Vinified and matured in foudres, the NV Brut Cuvee Grand Cellier unfurls with aromas of spices, white flowers, lemon oil and pear, followed by a medium to full-bodied, tense and seamless palate built around a fleshy, vinous core of fruit enhanced by an ethereal and saline finish. Based on the 2021 vintage complemented with the 2020 and 2019 vintages, this blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir was disgorged with a dosage of seven grams per liter.".
94pts - Wine Spectator
"There's a vibrant buoyancy to this graceful Champagne, with the finely detailed mousse and mouthwatering acidity serving as a springboard for flavors of ripe cherry, tangerine zest and macadamia nut, plus fragrant notes of lime blossoms, ground ginger and cardamom. Long and minerally on the plush finish. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Disgorged July 2023. Drink now through 2034. 1,000 cases imported."
