TASTING NOTES
Macerated for twelve weeks on the skins, this skin contact wine has dried fruit aromas with a hint of honey-roasted almonds. Flavors of dried apricots, orange peel, grapefruit pith, a dash of spice and white flowers emerge on the palate with a pleasant tannin structure. It's super approachable, light and refreshing and a great intoductory to the world of orange wine. It can be enjoyed on its own or with your favorite Asian dishes.
