TASTING NOTES
Anapea Village produces traditionally styled Georgian wines. They farm organically without using additives or sulfites. All of their wines ferment in clay amphora (qvevri) which are buried underground. Deep and dark with 6 months of skin maceration, it has rustic aromas and flavors of dark cherry, plum, earth, tobacco spice and leather that compliment its lively medium bodied, concentrated and juicy palate. Pair this hearty wine with beef stew or rich, meaty dishes.
