This Albariño comes from the sub zone of Rias Baixas known as Salnes. This area has granitic based soils and close proximity to the Atlantic ocean giving the wine not only freshness but also a salty quality. Fresh and textured, this Galician white has harmonious flavors of citrus, apple, pear and savory, saline minerality supported by bright acidity. Ooooh so crisp and refreshing on its own, but would be fantastic with leaner cuts of white meat, seafood and vegetables.
