A new wine from Maxime Ponson, it was blended with precision to highlight the fruity character of Pinot Meunier, the structure of Pinot Noir, and the finesse and freshness of Chardonnay. The result is stunning with lovely complexity and a long finish with bright aromas of quince and green apple, yet with undertones of chalky minerality and a light umami accent.
