TASTING NOTES
Elegant with a silky mouthfeel, this CDR has lovely aromas of bright red fruit tinged with fragrant tobacco and delicate minerals. The palate is vibrant with cherry, plum skin and red currant fruit with accents of garrigue which gives way to integrated tannin and a smooth finish. Pair this red with white meat - roasted chicken, turkey or pork or even veggie stuffed bell peppers.
