TASTING NOTES
This 50/50 blend is refreshing and fruity revealing aromas of black currant, fresh plum, dewy violets and wet forest floor. The palate follows with dried fruit, vibrant raspberry, mulberry and black tea all framed by underlying earth and energetic minerality with moderate tannin. It can be sipped solo or with roasted salmon, turkey sandwiches or a mushroom tart.
