TASTING NOTES
This Beaujolais-Villages come from a 60 years old vines planted on a sandy granite soil near the Cru Morgon. It is vinified naturally, carefully fermented using native yeasts and aged in concrete vats to preserve all its fruitiness. A juicy, dark fruit nose laced with dried florals and mossy earth welcomes a palate bursting with ripe boysenberry, blueberry, white pepper and a slight dose of barnyard funk. Enjoy this natural red with tapas, white meats or spring salads.
