TASTING NOTES
The Montigiano reveals a more delicate and ethereal side of Sangiovese. Aged in concrete tanks, it has lovely dried floral nuances playing with red fruit aromas. The palate evokes spiced cherry, cranberry, red licorice, forest floor and a tinge of citrus fruit with subtle acidity lingering on the finish. This light to medium bodied red would pair tastefully with grilled fish, tomato soup or a chicken salad.
