Kurosawa Brewery has been making Sake with traditional methods in the mountains of Nagano Prefecture since 1858. This is a creamy textured Sake with fruity notes of pineapple and lychee. Nigori or ‘cloudy’ Sake leaves in some of the rice solids to give Sake sweetness and texture. It's delicious on its own, but it pairs well with spicy Chinese or Thai dishes.
