"Minty herbs, dried strawberries and rum-soaked cherries form a dazzling bouquet as the 2021 Rosso di Marco opens in the glass. This is racy with nervous acidity and ripe wild berry fruits. A staining of violet pastille forms toward the close. It finishes remarkably fresh yet long, blending citrus with exotic spice. The Rosso di Marco, a varietal Pignatello, aims to please, yet I recommend a slight chill before serving."
