Paitin is one of the oldest wineries in Barbaresco founded in 1796 but their roots in the area date back even further. In the vineyards, there is the utmost respect for nature and the winery farms organically with some biodynamic principles. Let this Langhe Nebbiolo open a bit and discover aromas and flavors of wild strawberry, dried cherry, licorice, spiced tobacco and violet with earthy undertones. It has depth and a muscular structure that will pair well with cuts of meat that are rich and fatty as well as regional hard cheeses.
