Grown on rich slate soils at 450 meters altitude soaring high above the heat of the valley floor, winemaker, Miguel Morais, creates wines with finesse, balance and mouthwatering freshness. Normally wines coming from this high temp region can be heavy and extracted but this one has a lighter, more delicate side to it. This elegant blend exudes blackcurrants, plum and crushed herbs backed by a beautiful minerality and refreshing acidity with a hint of oak.
