The Raza Pet Nat has a minimal-intervention approach letting nature dictate the fermentation with wild yeasts. The spontaneous fermentation happens in the bottle capturing all the pleasant CO2 creating a delicate bead of bubbles. It is packed with fruity and vibrant orchard flavors with wild yeast aromas.
