"The 2021 Vino Frizzante Anabla is very pretty. Peach skin, chamomile and sweet smoke notes form its bouquet. This sizzles across the palate with a chiseled bead of saline-infused bubbles as ripe pit fruits mingle with sour melon. The 2021 leaves a salty mineral concentration through the finale while pinching at the cheeks with a bump of residual acidity. There's so much tension but also balance here, making the Anabla a total pleasure to taste. This is a varietal Albana created using the ancestral method of fermenting in bottle."
