TASTING NOTES
Vignerons de Buxy is a co-operative created thanks to the determination of the Cote Chalonnaise winegrowers, who pooled their talents in a common project to make wine, tend to their vines and sell and market their produce together. This white Burgundy has beautiful aromatics on the nose revealing ripe, yellow apples, hints of meadow flowers and freshly cut lemon peel. Soft orchard fruit opens on the palate laced with spice, a touch of honey and ends with a lively citrus finish. This Chardonnay has a little neutral oak influence which lends itself well to grilled vegetables, fish cakes or chicken Makhani.
