Moot is a semi-sweet vermouth macerated with botanicals from the Madeira island including lemon balm, peppermint, peach, fennel and mugwort and then added to a Madeira wine base. It's refreshing and versatile and can be an inspiration for cocktails or served over ice with a slice of orange.
