The Yukisuzume is lightly aromatic with a subtle earthy flavor profile, with hints of fruit and mineral on the finish. It is quite light on the nose with gentle earth aromas reminiscent of damp earth. In the mouth is it equally delicate with subtle flavors of pear, minerals and sweetened rice.
